Sermon Questions

1.  The truth of the gospel and the coming kingdom of God are life giving. How has knowing the truth helped you to be free. John 8:31-32

2.  Waiting on the Spirit can be challenging for us as believers. Can you recall a time when you were waiting on God and his Spirit? How did it feel while you were waiting? Psalm 27:12-14

3.  When you think of the Spirit living in every believer, and his power is available to us, it can be a bit overwhelming. How have you felt the power of the Spirit in your life? Have you felt called to a task? A ministry? An individual to minister too?

4.  What are you waiting for now? Are you waiting to believe? Waiting for direction on a decision you need to make? Waiting on God to bring a family member to faith? Or…..?
