Life Group Questions 

1.1Have one or two people share their testimony.  

2. Read Ephesians 2:1-3. What does Paul say about our condition before we are saved? Have you ever considered how desperate your condition was prior to salvation? 

3.Read Ephesians 2:4-5. What emotion does God display towards us? How did God display His love towards us (see Romans 5:8)? What is mercy? What did the mercy of God accomplish for us?  

4.Read Ephesians 2:6-7. Where are we seated once we have been saved? Why is this important to understand? 

5.Read Ephesians 2:8-10. Can we save ourselves by working hard for God and living really good lives? Why not (see Ephesians 2:1)? What saves us according to v.4, 8-9? What is Grace?  

6.Why is baptism important? See Matt 28:19-20
