The Harvest is Plentiful

The Harvest is Plentiful

I arrived in Asia on Monday morning and 3 hours later I was preaching the Gospel. That is the way it is here. There are so many people everywhere you go, millions of people. The streets are crowded with motorcycles, busses, cows, bikes, cars, and pedestrians! It is literally wild!

For the past two days we have been sharing in rehab centers. We shared with almost 200 people in just two days and saw many come to faith in Christ. Today the Lord gave me a word of knowledge for a young man in the crowd. It was that he had experienced pain as a child through abuse and that the Lord wanted to heal his heart. So we prayed for his healing right there and God touched him. Also, that God had placed a calling on his life and that he would be doing amazing work for the Lord. We found out after from the manager of this facility that this kid was special. A Pastor had brought him there a month ago. He was addicted to heroin and his mom was a believer and had this pastor bring him from another town a long way away. He was a prodigal that God was bringing home!

Tonight we fly to another place where we will be visiting underground churches to encourage them. They face constant harassment and struggle there for being Christians. Please pray for our travel and protection. After that we will be driving for 7 more hours to a location away from there where we will be training and encouraging 30-40 Pastors from this area.

Please remember that is important for our safety that you don’t share the country where we are ministering.

Blessings, Matt
